Additional Features Added To Existing Cycling Matrix Script

I need a good FAST php/mysql expert to add several features to my existing advertising cycling matrix website.

The site already has a matrix system that is as far as I am aware. working fine.

However, I want some extra things to enhance the compensation plan.

I want to add HYIP style positions that are credited once a member cycles through certain levels of the matrix. Each of these hyip positions is worth $10 and pays 10% a day for 15 days maturing and expiring at 150%. Think of it as a bank account paying daily interest.

I also want a repurchase balance feature added, so any money from cycling matrix payments, or hyip daily payments or referral commissions with 50% being added to current balance and 50% being added to repurchase balance. The code is already there for the main balance, so we need a second 'repurchase balance' added. A repurchase balance is an account balance that can not be withdrawn by the member, it can only be used to purchase further ad packs from the website.

I also need a simple 'top ten sponsors' table made up to display the top ten members who have referred new members. This is a simple 15 minute job and is a simple db query.

I will add 2 or 3 other simple 30 minute jobs to complete this phase of the construction.

There is plenty of other things I need to complete this, and I have only 15 days to have it ready 100%.

Please only bid for the work above, and if I am impressed by the bidder, then I will give you the rest of the jobs which we will discuss payment for at a later time.

I have had one of these built in the past, it took the coder only about 2 days to do the above jobs, unfortunately I don't have the script any more, so am having to have it done again.

I am a very experienced webmaster, and i know basic coding as well as my wife, but we are in no way experienced enough to do this alone, that is why I need help..... We are very very easy to work with because of our knowledge which makes us simple to understand for any coder working with us.
