This is a personal project and I have a small amount of knowledge about programming but not much and will need to be carefully guided though each step. The requirements may change slightly along the way but the payment will reflect on all this and will be carefully negotiated along the [url removed, login to view] coder will need to have a good hold of the english language so there are no communication difficulties. The coder is free to make suggestions along the way for how they think the project could be done well. They will also need to explain why they have used the technologies they have with good [url removed, login to view] suggestions I have are;Java Web Technology,JSP Web Technology,My SQL Web Technology,Java Beans Web Technology,Servlets Web Technology,Tomcat Application [url removed, login to view] Details will be required on delivery of the project and example of how to use it.A write up will be required. Prototypes developed along the way to keep me informed on it's development would be [url removed, login to view] project will need to be finished in four weeks from today.
I am basically looking to develop a restaurant reservations system with web capabilites. I am attaching a file with a list of functionalities i would [url removed, login to view] are lots of systems already on line that you can look to for ideas and I will also make suggestions along the way.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
