Must have :
1) Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Js.
2) Experience with webRTC or simillar technology.
3) Experience with node.js and [login to view URL]
Project Requirements:
1) create a broadcast system in node.js (one to many).
1.1) brodcaster will send his camera input and audio input.
1.1.1) Ability to choose from multiple camera inputs.
1.2) Viewer will only send audio input.
1.3) Viewer will recieve the broadcasters audio as well as vedio.
1.4) Ability to create private rooms useing socket.IO.
2) Control buttons for both vedio and audio.(i.e. to pause/stop vedio and only send audio or mute them self)
3) A common chat for broadcaster & Viewer.
4) A whitebord with basic functions. (Where only the broadcaster can edit/draw on it.)
