I have a mobile app and I no longer want to create users 1 at a time. I'd like to create users in bulk, preferably using a .csv or excel file. The app is built using google firebase. If using Google Sheets will make it easier, I'm open to that too.

Looking for basic quote w/ timeline on how long you think it'll take to do this and if you're be using a script or a 3rd party tool (like dropbox) that has additional recurring costs ($$).
