I only look for a senior Android application developer who is familiar with fingerprint, iris, and latent fingerprint recognition. If necessary, I am willing to provide the current source code.

The original application works with touch sensor but I'd like to upgrade it which is able to use for touchless fingerprint recognition.

Modify two existing Android application to add a fingerprint capture and matching process using the onboard camera device, or a USB camera connected to the phone or tablet USB port. The project will have the attached XML file that will be imported and the list scanned and matched for profiles that have the fingerprint that needs to be verified. The fingerprint process must be fast and accurate using a machine learning algorithm. The fingerprint images captured must meet the threshold of clarity that is achieved with touch fingerprint sensors.
