I own a local comm/residential cleaning business in my area. I was contacted by a medical office and asked for a quote for cleaning their new location in March. I was told that my cleaning contract needed to be HIPPA compliant. I've done some research and see that certain language is needed in my contracts with medical offices. Basically that my company is HIPPA compliant as far as any sensitive medical information that could be left out in the open during our times of cleaning. I honestly have no prior exp with this and I need to know what a HIPPA compliant contract looks like. Is it just some added pages to my cleaning contract?
