The idea is to use jaas.8x8 as video platform for the following function.

When a user opens a URL, the function automatically connects to a Jitsi room. That triggers a web hook, which in turn notifies another user to connect to the room. The "other user" should be logged on or otherwise be available for the jitsi web hook. This is probably not a technically perfect explanation due to lacking understanding of the Jitsi envoronment, but I hope the general idea is clear.
