I have a single page offline page written in HTML, Javascript with some Angular and CSS. It is a dynamic form that creates a sales form and allows the user to save a text file with all the info (that can be uploaded for editing) and to open a print dialog to allow user to print either to PDF or printer.

I would like to make it into an IOS/Android app or just make it work and function on IOS and Android devices
