Javascript, CSS, HTML Expert for Google Chrome Extension

We are looking for a HTML, CSS, JavaScript expert to develop an extension for the Google Chrome browser. Below are general details about the project and a detailed spec will be provided to the chosen developer. The extension will be modeled after two basic extensions; Google's Dictionary extension ([url removed, login to view]) and Voccabi ([url removed, login to view]).

The developer will implement the following features:

* Double-click text (keywords or keyword phrases) on a page and display a window

* Pass the text keyword to our API and present the HTML results returned by the API

* An options menu (similar to the two referenced extensions)

* Ability to designate how the window is open (double-click, ctrl + right click, etc.)

* Position of the window

* Turn address bar search on/off

* A search box in the search bar (similar to GG Dictionary)

This is a very basic extension for someone who has experience developing Chrome extensions and has advanced JS skills.?

We are looking for someone to develop the initial extension and make updates and feature enhancements over time, so, this has a recurring revenue opportunity.

We are also looking for someone who is very proactive and will suggest feature enhancements and improvements.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
