I have a vector design that I need to get animated for a website. It is a swirl design that I would like to have revealed as if it is being drawn on the webpage, starting with the inside point and ending towards the outside.

I should be able to adjust the speed at which is is drawn in.

This would be a very simple effect if done in flash, but I need this to be compatible with Ipad, Iphone, IE7, IE8, Safari 5+, Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 8+, Opera 10+.

This project is for a very pixel perfect animation that draws in the vector image perfectly to scale. It needs to be pixel perfect.
