Junior High Ticket Sales Rep [Up to $18,000+ Per Sale ]

Our marketing agency specializes in helping businesses and individuals grow virally, both on social media and all over the web. We are seeking a Junior High Ticket Sales Rep to join our team to identify and secure new clients for our services. You will be selling our annual marketing plans worth $30K, $60K, and $120K, and will need to be able to find leads and close them on our high-ticket packages.

Commission:

15% commission on each sale generated, which with our packages will be $4,500, $9,000, or $18,000 as a bonus on each annual sale. As for potential earnings, we have some reps making $30,000+ a week.

BONUS: this is a probationary period. It is time to prove yourself. After your first sale, we can discuss adding you as a permanent sales rep and giving you your own CRM access with leads, business emails, and other resources. After your first sale, we will send you an updated contract, raising your commission to 20% per sale!

Responsibilities:

- Generate multiple leads of businesses and individuals interested in growing their social media presence by 60K, 120K, or 1.2M followers in a year.

- Identify potential clients who have a substantial marketing budget and can benefit from our services.

- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to target potential clients through various channels, such as email, social media, phone, and other communication platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with our services.

- Actively manage the sales funnel and lead pipeline, including tracking and following up on leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the social media or digital marketing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Must meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
