A website so that an employer can find quotes from 3 job seekers.
I'm not looking for a designer right now. I want a plain website that works well and then I'll find a designer and someone to integrate the design.
I'd like the website created with similar features to service seeking websites e.g. [url removed, login to view], thumbtack etc
At front of website employer can fill out form with simple fields:
* service type
* location with autosuggest (using Google Places API)
* continue button
When employer presses 'continue' button then there will be more fields to choose from on a popup screen and then they can press the 'get quotes' button.
When they press 'get quotes' and if their mobile number isn't already registered then we'll send them a verification code.
Once verification is confirmed we'll send out an email to them with a password to log in to the website for the future.
If they already have an account then we ask for their password and give them an opportunity to resend it.
If all good then...
This job is then matched to workers who can do that type of job and emailed to them. It will also be sent via a text message using something like third party service, Twilio.
When a job seeker receives an alert there will be a link to the website displaying to them the job. On the job page it will show them the start date, an obscured phone number (must take quote firstly to receive it), map of location of job (Google Maps API) and then the other details of the job and then an ability for the developer to press on 'quote on this' and then one of the 3 quotes quota is removed.
If a job seeker hasn't got a login then they can register and must use their email, their mobile number and more. They will need to confirm via a text message with verification code. However, a job seeker's profile doesn't officially go live until it is checked by a myself (in basic admin website). A job seeker must also completely fill out their profile before it can be live.
If a job seeker logs in they can update their profile and the same applies for a employer.
The important aspects of this application are to ensure that there is excellent job matching and that text messages are on time.
