Create a custom transparent header in Wix

Hi,
I am trying to follow the steps outlined in the YouTube video below to create a Custom Transparent Header.
I am essentially looking to have the logo / menu bar on my web page header be transparent when landing on the home page, and then when you start scrolling down, have the header change to a white background colour, and the logo and menu text change from white colour text to blue colour text (on the white header background).
I have followed all of the steps in the YouTube video below however I cannot get it to work. Looking to complete this ASAP on my wix web page which I can add you to.
Please note, I do not want the menu items in the header to be invisible when landing on the home page. I want the menu items visible at all times.
