Debug 1 page website to for Mac + Windows compatibility

I have a simple one page website (Total has <200 lines of code) with a few javascript that pops up upon opening and closing of the website.
However I realised the functionality doesn't work the same as on Mac and on Windows.
The latest Chrome [url removed, login to view] has also broken a little functionality in the script.
I need you to help me fix it so I have a page that works on Chrome/Safari/Firefox on Mac and Chrome/Firefox/IE on Windows. These can be 2 separate files for Windows and Mac.
You need to be a proactive person and a problem solver, all requirements/objectives and communication will be given throughout.
