Create a business consulting Marketplace website with the following functionality:
1) post jobs with description, deadline and budget
2) review proposals from consultants
3) manage progress of project
4) allow consultants to create profiles,linked to linkedin
Really, looking for a starter website for freelancer type community. Believe there are templates out there for joomla and need someone to help me figure it out on a low cost basis. Not looking for a fancy website in the first iteration.
Future iterations will have lots of custom functionality so was thinking of start with joomla but please let me know if there is a better platform to develop on.
