  “all the copleted task were in time and well done. One task not finished, the developer decleared it required too much time and/or he was not able to accomplish it. This was a bug fixing for the youtube thumbnail image; in my web site, Wordpress based, the image of a youtube video is replaced with a grey background even if in the youtube video management panel it is define a defaul image taken from the same video. THe developer was not able to fix it (or it required too much time than the estimated one). I have provided some links to articles explaning how to fix it (they could have been worth or not, not sure they have been read).”

  “Completed my required task. However in the process, changed all the assets on my website, effectively crashing it. Couldn't fix the problem by removing the code he put in, so gave up and told me to type out all 100 issues myself that he would fix one at a time. What was supposed to save me time has ended up costing me weeks. Seems like a nice enough guy, however in this situation, did not help.”
