Need a developer for alumni platform

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business.

1. Purpose: (This is very much like linkedin)

- As an alumni member, I would like to create an account, add my information, update it at any time. ( add image, create and update password etc.) - need One super admin

- I should be able to view a directory of all the alumni members and their details

- Members - (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer & Regular member/alumni) - while view members i would like to know their position in the organisation

- I should be able to share a link of my profile to any non alumni member so they can have a view of my profile

- I need to store personal details, educational details, employment details.( similar to linkedin where I can add new details and update previous ones)

- I should be able make all/some of my info private by chose.

- I should have a tab for Feeds/Updates

- A tab to add payments made to alumni association.( Treasurer should be able to view everyones payment entries and verify by either confirming or rejecting the info submitted by member)

Also:

1. This should be a website with React/Angular/Vue (Any latest frontend framework)

2. I would like the database to be a postgres or mysql database.

3. Clean code with comments so a new developer can add new features

4. Database to be well designed to add new columns when required.
