Professional Angular Front End Developer

I already have a running web application. The UI is pretty old using HTML+CSS+Angular ver 1. Now I dont want to redo the whole solution by making a new UX or workflow or functionality. I just want the existing screens to be redone in a new theme which should match the theme of my new app. I want the front end to be designed and redeveloped using latest HTML and Angular guidelines and responsive layout. The software functionality and the reporting grids shall remain the same. There are basically a few master screens, few configuration and all reports. There are no transactions. So, not a very complicated project. Just needs to look beautiful and intuitive.
