I'm about to start my recruitment firm and for that i'm looking for a freelance Business Development Executive who has experience of client acquisition and client management and has worked for a recruitment firm before. He/She should have basic understanding of how a recruitment firm works. You will have to manage client meeting and client management on your own till the client signs agreement and shares the open positions. If you need any support or any assistance at some point, that can be managed on need basis.
Experience of recruiting candidates and managing recruiters will be preferred.
Payment will be on commission basis (per client) as this is freelance work, however if everything works well, it could be long term as well.
