I need a codebase to be converted to a simple-to-use UI like Automatic1111 or huggingface spaces along with a proper guide on how to use it

Would like to use stable diffusion or another AI image generator to produce original images of houses that look like photographs at medium to low resolution. Would like someone to help set this up and choose the right models and text prompts.

I need to train the Stable Diffusion model for a particular Cartoon Character, by using Dreambooth, embedding, or any other means available. Once the model is trained, I need .ckpt file. Which one I would test to see if the model actually works. By working I mean that I would be able to use it in my PC and inject the character into any form, space, outfit etc. I'm attaching a sample image with the character.

Currently I am using this notebook to run the stable diffusion model, which is not production grade. I am looking for a production grade setup for the same.
