I am looking for an experienced financial modeller to assist me in finishing and verifying my existing investment property portfolio model. Specifically looking for someone who can clarify existing modelling/formulas and assist in building out a scenario analysis Macro feature. Would hope to meet multiple times a week for a month or two to round it out. Looking for someone eager and intuitive as some of the modelling is somewhat non-standard & creative.
