We collect data each day, filter it and append some classifications and identifiers to each record. Now we need an email tool that can use these classifications and identifiers to select the email recipients, merge some specific content based upon the classification and send the proper content to the email recipient. Next, we need to manage the email responses. These will include the hard unsubscribe and soft subscribes. The project is better defined in the attached document. We have a list of about 50k emails, so we want to be able to up-load it and then send out emails. It is important that the emails get delivered.
