Ive attached a rough Ai file of what I want but looking for something slightly different and obviously neater as I actually made this first in word with an image and Shapes. The dbftool is an executable program which is run by command line arguments. The purpose of this tool is to aggregate and patch .dbf files. I have completed the aggregation section of the program, but I need help with the patching section. The aggregation code walks through a directory tree and collects all the .dbf files mentioned in the command line argument, and combined them into a big dbf file. Then it converts to a csv file. Note: there may be some indexing errors, but it still runs. Users will then manually enter data into the csv file.
