We need to play smooth 640x480@30fps video on a PXA270M processor running Windows Mobile 6.5. While the CPU does have "Intel Wireless MMX", Microsoft does not natively supports it. We need someone to write a library (or driver, or program) that will allow us to play a video smoothly (video format is open to suggestions, we can control the video encoding format: H.264, MPEG2, WMV, AVI, MP4, etc.). CPU-based rendering of the video IS NOT good enough, we have tested TCPMP and the latest CorePlayer. The lastest CorePlayer does show improvement over TCPMP, however it is still not capable of smooth playback at 640x480@30fps.
