I am doing material testing. In the process I need to vary 5 different sizes of grain to make different mixes. Every every mix needs to add up to the same quantity each time. So an example and easiest mix by weight is 20% of each grain size. I need to physically produce mix samples for testing. I do not want to do every permutation of mixes however I am prepared to do approx 100 - 200. I need all the permutations of the 5 grain mixes which is a good representation of all possible mixes. I would say the sensitivity of the total mix to a change of grain size is 3-5%. Please can somebody help with this.
