The goal is to build an application that can stream live content from the phone camera to a Streaming Server (Like Wowza), configuring the server destination and video/audio settings: bitrate, fps, volume, etc. The streaming should be encoded in h.264 and AAC format. There's already applications doing this, in Android there is "BigVEncoder Live Streaming" and in iOS there is "Livu", so basically we need the same that they're doing. The project should be delivered with documentation of how the code works, so we can make all modifications we want. The app must work on Android Phones, iphone and ipad.
