Previously, for each individual, 1 hour was spent on...As a full-time customer success manager of Smart Tutor, I have various online sessions with new users to teach them how to use the VR headsets and the VR app. Also, as a marketer, I make YouTube videos and ad videos on various social media platforms to gain signups. Previously, for each individual, 1 hour was spent on 1-on-1 orientations through Zoom. However, by utilizing video explanations within VR or sharing pre-recorded YouTube videos, we successfully managed to shorten the orientation time to 30 minutes without compromising the conversion rate. Additionally, we contributed to new sign-ups by creating and sharing YouTube videos and promotional content. Our YouTube channel grew from 0 to 1000 subscribers. mindre
