We are looking for a multipurpose landing page template. This template should have a variety of each elements to pick from in a landing page (ie. several headers, features, footers, etc.). We want the large variety of elements so we can use the template multiple times and still achieve different results. We are looking for a variety of elements similar to this template http://pixfort.com/landing/flatpack/preview/indexv2.html, but we do not like the flat look and prefer a clean look. We will be using this multipurpose template for a variety of projects, therefore you do not have to worry about verbiage just use Lorem Ipsum text will due. Best design will be awarded to create the HTML template. Design with the most features, best variety, and Mailchimp integration is a plus!!!

Only 3 Rules designers must follow:
Designs Must be Responsive
Designs must be original HTML/Design (we will know if you used someone else work, do not use landing page builders like Unbounce and Instapage, or the template in the example link)
Be highly creative with this project! (Parallax, hoovers, slant sections, appealing typography, etc).

GOOD LUCK! (One last thing, don't worry if you do not win the contest,increasing the award amount soon and we will be selecting multiple designs if we like them).
