  i can do this project efficiently, im an owner of an internet cafe with very high speed bandwith, downloading is an ease because i have many computers to use, i also have people under me to assist me for quality and fast speed work.

     I agree with tjayart. The question is not if we can withdraw the funds or not. The questions is that the project owners are not paying money to freelancers for the work and freelancers at the same time found themselsels with less money by taking provision of 10% by freelancer.com
