We are searching for an accurate person, who can download for us document from contractor webpages.
The documents are plans needed for bidding work.
All documents need to be unzipped and organized onto a shared drive, eg gmail.

Per project, we will put a bid together, which needs to be faxed out, at a certain time. This will be done through a webpage. Fax numbers of contacts need to be entered into the webpage and contacts need to be maintained.

This will be a few hours of work per week. Please include your requested rate in your response and your availability.

  I agree with tjayart. The question is not if we can withdraw the funds or not. The questions is that the project owners are not paying money to freelancers for the work and freelancers at the same time found themselsels with less money by taking provision of 10% by freelancer.com
