Web service implemented in Java for the profiling of the authors based on their publications. Profiling is done by analysis of their publications using the machine learning techniques (topic modeling by Latent Dirichlet allocation, Naive Bayes classification). System has 3 components: - MySQL database (has all texts from Wikipedia which are processed to create topic models and classes for classification) - web site ProfilerWeb on Apache Tomcat server made using Java server pages - application Profiler - Administator module (administration of the system)
