End of the Road Festival 2018

As Project Manager on this festival campaign, my role was to work alongside the rest of the marketing team to firstly devise a 9 month social strategy, before navigating and editing that on the fly, on a monthly and weekly basis. This comprised of co-ordinating regular lineup announcements (music, comedy, film, literary, food, bars) and finding interesting and engaging ways to communicate news and information to their online audience. I also worked in tandem with bands from the lineup to organise Spotify and Instagram takeovers and created original content for use across the festival's channels. Using a wide understanding of each social platform's ever-changing algorithms, the festival was able to stay ahead of the curve by being an early adopter of Messenger and using Facebook Event pages to reach a wide and engaged audience. The festival sold out approximately a month before taking place - a stellar result in a difficult and saturated market.
