Rotating Banner in Flash/XML

We require a rotating banner to be developed in FLASH with the contents of the banners to be read in from an XML file.

The specifications for the flash file are 300x95 which reads in the following values from an XML file:

* Business Name

* Business message

* URL

* Image name

* Timer

The swf file will be played on our main page (refer to [url removed, login to view]) and every 20 seconds, a new banner will be displayed. The business name will be at the top, then the banner in the middle section, and business message under the banner. When the banner is clicked on, it will open the advertiser's website in a separate window. Initially, each banner will be displayed for the same length of time however by holding these variables in the XML file allows the flexibility to alter the timing.

Please supply a sample of your work. Source files will be required to be delivered with the project. There is the possibility of further work for the successful incumbent provided that the project is delivered within the stated time.
