The mission for this project consists of the remodeling and upgrading of my existing website , transferring relevant information from the pre-existing wix website onto a Wordpress platform. I am seeking the following key modifications:
• Complete redo of the current site layout
• Full optimization for mobile device usage
• Integration of social media platforms for seamless engagement
The objective of this redesign is to bolster our brand awareness among general consumers and our specific niche which is building inspections, pre-purchase building inspection, and pre-purchase building and pest inspections in Melbourne and Victoria (Australia). The site should also incorporate a high-converting, user-friendly booking/payment page, and viewing of report samples.
Examples of sites that convert that I would like to exceed in usability are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] however I do find these very confusing and way to much information in your face.
The Pages required to start will be as follows:

4. Construction Stage Inspection
5. Insurance Dispute

Ongoing works will be undertaken however I need this to start pushing advertisement to increase work.
I would like this undertaken with minimal input from me (as my current website will be provided with the majority of information required) from a professional that possesses a strong background in web design and development, an understanding of conversion rate optimisation, and proficiency with Wordpress and social media integrations. Overall, the aim is to augment the visitor experience and strengthen our online presence.
