**** I can buy new plugins if required. But cannot use any pirated or nulled themes.
*** It's a social network theme and I intend to create a social network site for a small and local art community. The important part of this job is to provide 4 layouts used by 9 category pages. Depending on the category, the layout will change. I have listed the layout types in the requirements document. The theme used for the site is: [login to view URL]
I have attached a complete specification document with mockup wire-frames.
*** IMPORTANT BEFORE BIDDING:

2. I am unable to increase my budget.
