Urgent help need on setting up wordpress landing page (5 flavors)

I need a wordpress landing page get done in 5 flavors (only slight variation from the main one). I will prefer it to be riding on free template. The structure will be as follows:

Each landing page will only be differ in one section, which is the pricing/offer section for price testing purposes.

The template will need to be very similar to this captioned website – [url removed, login to view] in which includes the following section.

1. Landing area which includes the capture of Email address (only need email) and a subscribe to mailing list option.

2. An area to show case the feature of my app. Developer need to include the icons, while the wording should be configurable.

3. A close up on mobile app interface. Again wording should be configurable, and I will provide app mockup. (no need video)

4. Pricing section (only single pricing/plan)

5. A team section to introduce the team (picture/name/description to be provided)

6. A testimonial section

7. Another section to invite email signup

8. Footer (facebook, linkedin, twitter link)

The signup mailing list need to be integrate with mailchimp. Google analytic is needed. UI can be similar to [url removed, login to view] but just varies in color.

Only need English version. I will provide access to my AWS hosted wordpress lightsail server, in which the developer will be responsible for all the setup and then handover the end product to me. I will change the wordpress password and then release payment.

This is an urgent project and I need it in 1 day. Serious bidder only.

Also require to enable SEO for these landing pages.
