I own a WordPress website and need a developer to resolve the following technical issues:
SITE SPEED
According to PageSpeed Insights my site scores a 16 for mobile and 49 for desktop for load time. Also, I’ve noticed that the bounce rate has been really high on my site since May 2020 which is also the time that I launched a new party themes and occasions section of the website ([login to view URL]). I want to make the site quicker but keen to know if you think there are other issues that are causing the high bounce rate other than page load.
META DESCRIPTION NOT SHOWING IN GOOGLE
I use the Yoast SEO plugin on the site but I’ve noticed that Google is not picking up the meta description for the page in Google even though I’ve completed the section in the Yoast section. I’m not sure if the Directories plugin is blocking this? Keen for someone to resolve though.
CANONICAL REDIRECT ISSUE / NOT INDEXING
The new party themes and occasions section of the website uses dynamic URLs for building 2 different types of URLs (see examples; 1. [login to view URL] and 2. [login to view URL]). However, when you open the correct URL it redirects to the dynamic URL because the page canonical tag is the page category not the page itself, hope this makes sense but happy to discuss further. The issue is that the dynamic URLs, when crawled by Google, are not being indexed, because they are falling under 'Excluded' in Google Search Console because 'Alternate page with proper canonical tag'.
I need to resolve this redirect issue.

I have a number of listings in the back end that do not have an associated subscription. I need someone to bulk add a Free subscription to these listings.
UPDATE LOCATION FROM COUNTRY TO STATE
I need a field name changed from ‘Country’ to ‘State’ without affecting the data collected.
DRAFT LISTING AUTO-PUBLISHING
I’ve noticed that listings that sit under draft are being automatically published after an amount of time, is this standard or can it be changed in the DirectoriesPro plugin?
