Flash site converted to WordPress

I have an existing site which I created in Flash approx 7 years ago and I would like the site converted to a WordPress site. I would like the general design kept as it is, but I would like a gallery page that can be easily updated and also a better transportation links and links to local interest page. I haven't decided whether or not to have an Availability calendar incorporated but take this into account when biding because I might want to add one. Also, regarding the buttons on the left, if it would be easier for my client to update the site himself if the left hand buttons were parents of the top buttons, they will also have to be moved.
