Add PSD design to a wordpress theme

I have a PSD design and a WordPress theme. The task is to make the WordPress theme look like PSD design.
You can use the theme or another theme of your choosing, the theme must work with wocommerce.
The default theme uses wpbakery which is ok, but I do prefer elementor.
Mention fore in comments or your bid will be ignored and deleted.
The website will need a very simple listing plugin, no payments are needed. Just a very simple showing of fields and photos with a brief and link to a detail page and inquiry form going to the persons email address on the details page
