Urban Food Maps Update

- correct the loading of the page to the terms and conditions page,

followed by the main page (as per the way we had it working

previously)

- I would like you to fix the map to be on Melbourne when the page

loads up. I know I requested that each time the map was refreshed that

a new location appeared but I would like you to remove that function.

I would like the map to stay on the location where the user is looking

having just searched or added a site. This will enable the site to

become more userfriendly.

- restore the blog and help buttons to where they should be (in line

with the rest of the buttons)

- return the title 'blog' to the blog area (like the other areas like

help, noticeboard etc)

I think I've reached some form of capacity because the site is not saving any more of my new sites that I am loading up

I have also discovered that the search function isn't working
