I have two websites that are designed and in PSD form. These files need to be made into wordpress themes that work!!!

This is a simple project but I am swamped with work.

I will send each PSD and need delivered a wordpress theme that will pass w3c validation, will work in IE & Firefox as shone and done in the time estimated in your bid.

I will not pay until these themes work and meet my criteria. Bid only if you can get it done right.
