Google expert wanted.

I am a travelling photojournalist that has an office computer for when I am at home and a laptop for when I am on the road.

I often write and submit stories and photos while in remote areas from my laptop.

I also write and submit some stories when I get home.

I have been doing this using an email program and a word processing program etc etc.

I have decided to migrate all my work to use the Google Apps for work systems - Gmail, Drive, docs etc etc.

This allows me to work even from an Internet kiosk in case of computer failure.

I have attempted to set this up but struggle to get it all working.

At the moment I have a trial Google Apps for Work account but will subscribe when I have it all sorted so it works.

I have 2 Youtube accounts that I upload too - they must be selectable from a Google application so I can upload to either account from both my laptop and my home computer.

I have 6 different pop3 email accounts I receive and send from - these need to be configured to send and receive from Gmail.

I do not want to use a Gmail email address, I want to send and receive using my existing email addresses and signatures.

I have a managed VPS server - I believe the MX record needs to be altered on my server to make email work.

I also need my cellphone to be synched to the system and apps installed - I can install the apps, I just need to know which ones and how to configure them.

The end result is I log into a Google dashboard or account and can send and receive emails using my existing email addresses and signatures, I can create, edit and save Word documents in a Google application, store photos on Google Drive and attach them to emails ( I have Photoshop installed on my PC and Laptop to edit photos.

I am looking for simplicity and synchronisation.
