I am looking to make a language translation app with a few minor tweeks and my own design to it. Id like it to be like lonley planet's app, which is 100% offline.

i have a basic design already made in word, but i need it translated into a suffisticated and fun user friendly UI (user interface) for customers.

Depending on the cost, id like it to work with Iphone, Ipad, and Android.

If possible, keep the price low as i work part time and paying this from each of my paychecks

MUST BE 100% OFFLINE AND VERY VERY FAST TRANSLATIONS

ALSO, IM ONLY GOING TO START WITH 10 LANGUAGES FOR A BETTER COST EFFECTIVE MEASURE.

if my budget is too low, i am willing to give a percentage (fair amount) of my existing new business, fuzzy threads dot com
