we need a platform to use 2 whatsapp numbers for 40 agents or more. The will be assigned in two shift, software must have some metrics to evaluate agents perfomance, automatic replies, queue messages, agent automatic assigment or manual if needed, reports, disconected session alarm for both numbers, plus more.
