This work is long term for a web design company that needs to outsource its web design work to an individual or team.
We will use WordPress and Divi theme + Visual Builder to quickly build basic MODERN, MINIMALISTIC, FLAT, and VISUALLY ENGAGING websites for about 50 small companies, then we will target bigger companies with bigger budgets. This work is for design only; no development/programming work is required since we already have web developers on our team.
The successful designer must be able to complete websites for the following fixed-priced monetary and time budgets (although we can be a bit flexible with the time during the first few projects as we learn each other's style of working).
US$75 - US$125 / 8 hours: Single landing page
US$200 - US$350 / 24 hours: Basic brochure-type website (e.g. home, products/services, maybe blog, about, contact, etc.)
US$350+ / 24+ hours: Custom website for clients that have unique requirements
QUESTIONS FOR APPLICANTS TO ANSWER WHEN APPLYING:
1. About 10% of all our work will be for adult-oriented sites (nothing too hardcore, though). Are you comfortable with that? DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS.
2. Are you an individual or team?
3. Do you accept the fixed-priced monetary budgets, and can you complete work within the time budgets listed?
4. What experience do you have working with Divi and Visual Builder?
5. VERY IMPORTANT: put full page screenshots of your best web designs done in WP (preferably using Divi) in a single Dropbox folder or Google Drive folder and include the link in your application. Do NOT try to send links to websites, do not send screenshots via chat. IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION, DO NOT BOTHER APPLYING. Will you provide the requested link?
6. This job is for a designer, not just a developer who knows how to customize a theme. We will wireframe in Divi (no Photoshop/Figma/XD, etc.) and design in Divi. You must be able to work via this process. Are you a designer and can you do design directly in Divi?
