Design and Develop HTML Single Page Template for Company

Looking for design and develop a single page responsive minimalistic html page for company detail.

The page should be super low weight, super fast to load, minimum css, js, images, loading time.

The page should contain

1. Company Intro

2. Company details and facts (Optionally have "Why Company" or some additional sections)

3. Company important products/services info

4. Company important people info

5. Company prime locations info

6. Inquiry/Contact form

7. Footer with company links to all its important services and products.

The page should have less images and more use of gradient colors.

The page should be designed considering logo will be any color/size.

The page should be flexible to content as we can have some company providing all content and some companies with very less content. This point is very important consideration in design, we would need sample with least content and most content for approval.

The page should be concise and easily readable.

The project will have two milestone

1. Design - 50% cost (Build photoshop/corel/AI design)

2. Development - 50% cost (Build html/css/js/images)

100% copy-writes will be with us and we can use and distribute this template as many times as we want. All the design and code needs to be submitted to complete the project.

If you have done good job with this page, next project would be for product detail page and user detail page.
