Convert a Template to a Website

We are a startup of developers located in Belgium, but with no time to do all the styling (html+css with Sass).
We have a bunch of wireframes, sometimes with full template but not always.
Our input:
- our main .sass files with our brands styling and all main blocks defined
- Schematical wireframes (no full design)
- The current (in progress) desktop version of our website.
- Our mobile version is nearly fully styled. You can get inspired from that.
The assignment:
- Page per page, create the design of the page and implement it in html + sass (modern, flat website design)
- The coding will be done from scratch using (and expanding) our sass styling sheets. You can get inspiration from our website, but don't code into that code as it is compiled code. Therefore we prefer you do your project from scratch and we will include your work into ours.
Type of work to design:
- Some pages might be quite advanced already, some nearly blank. You will probably start with the most blank ones.
- We might also ask you to design and code modals.
- On most pages, places of buttons etc. are already set. It's all about styling them nicely and implement the code (although you have some flexibility)
==> All in all ideally you need to be a designer with a good sass knowledge (and sass development environment already installed)
Experience in working with western europe companies is required.
