I have tried 2 different developers now. First one unfortunately fell ill. The second one was taking way too much time and was not understanding fully what i needed done. I need someone with good communication skills please. I will provide original source files for both HTML and flash, also i will provide the 2nd developers updated source files which i want you to work from as he has finished 70% of the flash site.

It is a flash template with 6 pages. 5 out of the 6 pages are nearly finished. One page needs completely changing. I want the site in HTML too. There is a button for this.
1. I need fileds validated and formatted so they only accept certain numbers and number lengths and some only letters
2. I need uplad button added so users can upload CV
3. I need fonts and colour schemes changed and pictures added onto the template.
I am very particular and specific about what i need changed an alswys provide font names and very informative screen shots about exactly what i need changing.
Pleasde only bid if you think you can complete within a 4 day period. I want perfection and exactly the same thing as i have requested. If you think you cannot do that please do not bid.
I am constantly getting bids for £100 withing 2 or 3 days but im more than happy to pay extra bit more as long as i see the results straight away. I want developer to be able to provide link for progress of work
