I need a developer to build a web tool allowing customers to create custom photo books based on the photos pulled in from their social networking feed. The tool does not need to have image editing capabilities like zooming, cropping, adjusting settings like brightness, contrast etc like many of the more comprehensive tools already available. But it does need to allow them to select one of the layout templates for each page and apply their chosen photos to each layout. Once the design process is completed, customer needs to be able to preview the book, and then pdf's need to be created to be sent to the printer as per their specifications. I would like to hear the advantages and disadvantages of your chosen method of development (HTML5, Flex/Flash, etc). I would also like to understand how the tool will function on tablets and mobile devices. The tool will need to match the graphic design perfectly so I need someone with excellent attention to detail. I also need someone who communicates well in English over Skype.
