PSD to HTML Re-Post

This is a repost of an old project. Provider could not deliver.

I have two PSDs that I need both of them turned into html in a certain format. I have a very specific way that I need then done - I will post to clarification board. I know this is a simple task. I just don't have the eyes or time to do it myself. I am very open to new providers with no ratings. I will pay a maximum of $30 for this by GAF escrow only.
